    2. Through a participatory approach, I foster an open and inclusive environment, encouraging idea exchange and shared ownership. This results in learning solutions that align with stakeholders' specific needs and goals.

    2. Analyze feedback, performance data, and indicators, monitoring the impact of the design interventions, enabling iterative improvements and demonstrating measurable success.
